Hello! Gosh, it feels like such a long time since I've dropped by. How have you been?
I feel like I should do a little reintroduction:
• I'm Marc and I've been over here in this corner of the illustration world, as MarcoLooks, since 2018.
• I used to be an animator for Cbeebies, animating your beloved shows, such as Numberblocks and Tree Fu Tom.
• In a former life, I used to work in theatre and still adore theatre, especially musicals.
• I live in York (the old one, not the new one) where I work in my little studio and I couldn't be happier here.
• Other happy places include any Disney park (fav at the moment is probably, EPCOT), I'm also very happy when at the cinema or at the gym.
• I'm a cohost of the drawing challenge "Draw As You May", and can't wait to bring it back again in May2024 to encourage creativity. Magic.
Whilst away, I've been busy working on some new illustrations, that are making their way into the world on prints, mugs, coasters and pins... coming soon.
